Cool Hand Luke's Steakhouse/saloon

Very good quality food, especially for the price. I would essentially consider this a negotiation at current prices! Very attentive service and really good size shares for the price. I was very happy about my visit and will be back. I would encourage you to go early and check the early bird specialities. Although I'm not super old, I wanted to eat dinner at 17.00 just because the fantastic prices lol

My friend and I had a wonderful time in their late happy hour. The appetizers were delicious and cheap. Beer was cold. But above all the service was amazing! We were immediately helped by the friendly bartender (I wish I had her name for this review! It was on 19. December in case management wants to find out who deserves a few kudos! And the food came out quickly. It was a great experience.

Eating was pretty good, everyone liked their court. It didn't take too long to get out at all. The cook has accidentally boiled a steak incorrectly and fixed before it was even brought out, which is very appreciated. Just a minute for the remake. Can't complain, mistakes happen! Others that the very small thing of every steak was made perfect, salmon was great, just really sweet. The alcoholic drinks were a little too strong for our pleasure. It was hard to enjoy. Our server Blake was very nice, we had to give him a $40 tip, it was well earned. Patient, nice, cracked some jokes with us, we've often checked. Answer all questions for us. Very friendly, a big server this place is happy to have it.

I was between this restaurant 3 stars or 4 stars, but a few things pushed me to 4 stars. First, our waitress, Sharon, who goes from Shary, was excellent. She had a big smile, was friendly and attentive. When she brought out our food, she noticed that the tri-tip of my friend was not moderately rare as he had ordered it, so she got it a substitute that was perfectly cooked. Second plus, most of the dishes were delicious. We both loved the beans. My friend enjoyed the artichoke Alfredo. His Tri-Tip was amazing. However, my Ribeye Steak was underseasonal and was rather medium-sized than medium-sized, but I did not complain. The garlic red potatoes could have used more garlic and some pepper, but they were pleasant. The premium margarita and the Stagecoach margarita were both wonderful. The blue sky breeze drinking on their $5 drinks menu was bland, but at least the other two were great. We took a lot of food home. All in all, we'll eat there again.

Food was pretty yummy. Service was a little slow. Although, they were really busy and most likely short-staffed so totally understandable. Really good deals on food and drinks, so can't complain too much!
