Love CalWise! I’m pretty picky about my spirits cocktails the distiller knows what he’s doing the bartenders know how to make consistently well balanced cocktails. Don’t like rum or gin? You’ll like theirs! Everything is beautiful neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. They are also very generous with their recipes make excellent mixers on site too. Member events are fun. Highly recommend this special distillery! ???

An all around fantastic array of spirits available for tasting. Their rums and gins are top notch and their orange liqueur is second to none. A hidden gem that punches way above it's weight class in the world of small distilleries.
