The Cafe Mediterranean - Pasig

One of my fav resto to go back to. Service is good, Food is good and reasonable prices. Food is tasty and had enough serving for a content meal.

Last time i had my lunch here. Unfortunatelly soup was not good. there was a plastic object inside soup. But shish chicken is delicious. Except soup i recommend this place for certain menu items...

Chicken gyro plate is yum! The perfectly seasoned chicken is super tender, I loved it. Serving size is good too, it's definitely a go-to-place for full meals. ????

To be honest, the only reason I passed by was because they had free lamb cigars for 500 peso purchases, but I was thoroughly surprised by how much I liked their food and service. This Cafe Mediterranean branch is very homey and quaint, the food are really good and flavorful, albeit being a little expensive. Their Mediterranean Grilled Chicken (399) was just filled with various spices and was cooked really well, think better Kenny Rogers chicken. The Moroccan Rice Pillaf upgrade (50) is worth it due to the nuts and strong Star Anise flavor. They ran out of ice cream, so I had to go with their Toffee Pudding which was really sweet and delicious: this is probably my toffee addiction kicking in, I honestly can't differentiate good from bad toffee anymore. Their lamb cigars were small and was basically Shanghai with lamb. Overall, the food was good, but was a little pricy.

I enjoy eating Meditterean dishes.. and today I simply craved just for a Lassi (plain yoghurt) drink. Not bad. Aside from the refreshing drink, i ordered a smoked salmon pasta and a Montabal with pita bread on the side. I appreciate the atmosphere of this branch. Just easy and relaxing. I was unable to try the kebabs or gyros though. Maybe next time.
