Bidrage med feedbackWhat exactly is hand pulled noodles and why would you love to have it? Why do they have to place it in their restaurant name? Simply put, it creates an advantage given it's origins and complexity to put it together. The process takes much longer and a fresh batch would take time to prepare. For one, it continually requires kneading and twirling of the dough to make it better. So I had their Vegetable version since I was trying to cut down on sinful dishes. The noodles were fresh still and firm yet soft. The downside, it was bland. Almost no taste. The soup and the veggies did not help to add character to the dish. The Beef Brisket solo was quite disappointing as well. Half of it was fat to start and its sauce was expected to be tasty but it lacked saltiness. Service was quite slow--even if it was past 3 pm and there no other customers. The entree was served prior to the drinks and appetizer. ????????

My family loves this restaurant because of its serving size and the quality of their food. Our personal faves are their crispy noodles and their squid in special sauce. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.
The best hot and sour noodle soup! Fresh hand pulled noodles. You can actually see the noodle master make noodles lol. My favorite! Their pork chop is yummy as well. Comparable to yabu :)
