UPRICE - Pasay

We visited this place i think thrice already we had our meetings here and focus sessions.. so far the food is great and also it's not that pricy.. although the place i think needs more improvement as well as their sound system because when we tried singing in the karaoke the volume is too weak. But the foods and drinks is delicious. ????????

Nothing bad to say. :) It's a must-go-to place especially with the barkadas. Really deserves a 5.0 rating. Great food + affordable prices + Great service = UPRICE

UpRice is one of the best places to have buckets of beer paired with rice toppings and bar chow al fresco with the cool bay breeze making it all complete.Their beer buckets (5+1 beer) with free appetizer (fish crackers) might be the best value in MOA area at P250 (that's P41.50 per bottle). Then there's the House Bacon (P220) of home-cured bacon, egg and rice and my favorites, the House Corned Beef (P220) and Salpicao Corned Beef (P220), both with house-cured corned beef and egg. There's KARAOKE night every Tuesday! And If you wanna take it to another level, join their QUIZ NIGHT every Wednesday at 9pm. We reserved seats for 15 people for a lunch out with our colleagues. My officemate was on top of everything - reserving, getting a copy of the menu, and the payment for our advanced orders. Yes, we make it a point to order our meals at least a day before our scheduled lunch so that we won't have to waste part of our one hour lunch break deciding and waiting. The ambiance of the place is quite nice. There are paintings on the wall (fish, chicken, pork and beef haha). The restaurant is neat and had a bit of orange-ish, cute lightings. The place is also spacious. I think it can fit around more or less 50 people. They were able to accommodate our request without encountering any problems (I assume, since the place wasn't crowded during that time). The service was also great. They were able to serve our meals right when we arrived. The food was okay for the price and serving. I can say that it's cheap given the not-so-small portions, but when it comes to the taste, it's really just average. It was good, but nothing really special and not something you'll crave for. And oh, most of my officemates who ordered the home made corned beef found it really really really hard to slice (so they didn't finish it), but not me ???? And oh! I heard that the bacon here is delicious. So if you want to try this place, you might want to give the bacon a shot. Overall, place is nice, service is great, price and food are okay.
