Whataburger - Pasadena

Whenever I visit every 6 months, I always hope that Whataburger has improved, but unfortunately, that has never been the case. Just like everything else in this town, it is overpriced and just average in quality.

I received excellent service today, but my burger was not happy with me for some reason.

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but the quality of the food has declined in recent months. Although there was a brief improvement, the food is now heading downhill again. The pickles are now soggy and stringy with holes in them, and the fries are also soggy as if they have been sitting out all day. It's unclear if the decline is due to lower quality ingredients or a change in food handling practices. To get something fresh, you may need to visit during odd hours like 1am. The staff is friendly, but I wish the food was as good as it used to be.

I was enjoying my burger up until I bit into a piece of plastic bag. Not sure if someone opened a bag of lettuce or what but the corner of it was disguised in my burger with the veggies. Extremely disappointed as I go here very often and won?t be goingback.
