The Cheesecake Factory - Pasadena

2.17.23 The Hostess and worker at the cheesecake counter were very unpleasant and rude. A few co workers and I were not greeted and were given awful looks when we showed up. We were told to wait, She didn 't say how long. (It was not busy) At first I thought, okay they 're probably not having a good day today but then I seen that was not the case. The Hostess was black, a few minutes later a black couple showed up and she greeted them with a smile and sat them down right away. I thought that was horrible of her. My co workers and I then went to the cheesecake counter to see what we might want to get. The lady at that counter (also black) never greeted us either or asked if we needed help. Super weird vibe from both employees. We could tell they did not want to provide us service. I went up to the hostess 10 minutes later to ask how much longer, she just gave me another unpleasant look and told me to follow her. She sat us down then left without saying anything. They must not like Hispanic people. Our waitress was more pleasant but she never checked in on us after they brought our food and drinks. The food was good, but we didn 't really enjoy the whole experience because of the awful service. Lastly their utensils still had food from the last use

Great place, cocktails and food were excellent!, The menu is huge! Our server was knowledgeable and kind. We got cheesecake to go. Very filling ,quality food. Can't wait to go back!

The location is great and there's plenty of parking nearby. Lots of stuff to walk around and see and do in the area. The inside is trendy, clean and the bathrooms are also clean and well stocked. They had a large menu but unfortunately very few things were vegan so there was not much to eat and I ended up just getting french fries. Not even the zucchini was edible. So that's very unfortunate for such a large restaurant chain in Southern California to not have options for people. Our server was very nice and responsive. The folks at the front desk were a little off-putting though. They weren't very welcoming. I would go back but I would be sure to eat something prior to going there and hanging out with people. Also they were very very busy all the time so I would highly recommend having reservations.

Service was great. The biangbiang chicken was delicious. The Adam peanut butter cheesecake was too sweet for us.

The meatloaf was delicious and hot. Loved the onions that were on top, Mashed Potatoes and gravy was hot. The sour dough bread was fresh and crunchy. The oreo chocolate cheesecake was rich, scrumptious and delicious.
