Bidrage med feedbackPlaced an order online, missing item when delivered. Called and they said they would deliver the missing item within 45 mins. 3 hrs later still no pizza showed up at my house. The part of the order we did get was awful on top of it all. I hadn't ordered from here in probably 2 years and won't ever order again.
Whoever runs this location should find another job. Only 2 employees working on championship Subday are you insane. These kids are in here missing their order times by 45 minutes and saying oh well that 's football for you No that 's not football for you there needs to be more staffing here or how about the manager steps up and helps their people. And if the staff is over helped then the website could tell me that and not give me a 15 minute order ready time. The employee here are fine but the management and website are trash.
Picking up a DoorDash order from this location and a driver names RAFIKI decided it was a good idea to threaten to cut my friend while he was on the clock and then BRAGGED about him almost cutting my friend WHEN HE GOT BACK TO THE STORE. I went in to talk to the GM and she was not here. The shift lead whose name escapes me, said “what happens on the clock is none of my business, it’s a personal matter” so this location just has people threatening to cut people in the stomach while they are working because they felt slighted and they do nothing about it? How is this not a problem for the company AT LARGE?

Ordered boneless bbq wings, barely had any sauce. Might as well have ordered plain wings. And you don't even get one complimentary dip with the wings, you have to buy the ranch or blue cheese which is ridiculous. The melts have no veggie option, just all meats, and if you can order garlic bread from them, why isn't it on their menu when you order online? Pizza Hut is irking my soul lately. ?
