Kfc - Pasadena

I got charged four times on my card for an order. The man with a British accent who handled me (6:20pm) didn't know how to react appropriately or even knew what to do. He insisted I swipe my card 4 times. It's not likely that it's a scam, but it'sincredibly worrying and I highly recommend people to stay away from this location. It says it declined my card three times, butI got charged 4 times. This place is extremely sketchy. Never swiping any of my cards here again. Either the computer systemneeds to be fixed or it's a scam. Neither are good.

????????????????The food was delicious but Caroline the cashier could of been a little more polite. It was 84 degrees outside so I'll let her rudeness pass. That was my first time there and I will be back

I ordered thighs and received fries?? It was too late to take them back and I don't like fries so I gave them away and lost money...remained hungry

The food is good as 11 herbs and spices on the chicken

Derty tablr i had to wiped with sentizers and napkins, did not get my cookis . Service is bad. However all california service is going down the frain. Also no rest room even for dine in . How did city permited there is more then 20 seats .
