Baja Cali Fish Tacos (pasadena)

LOVED the vegetarian faux meat options they had for tacos and burritos. They stopped offering them for a minute, then brought in a known brand, Impossible I believe?, BUT now they are off the menu again and the cashier said it's for good?! This was an AMAZING taco spot for vegetarians, but is no more. So incredibly saddened by this :

Firstly, yesterday was a deal on “ALL MEAT” tacos, Birria is meat and I was charged full price. Now if Birria is not included in this deal, there should be a disclaimer advising that specific meat is exempt. Secondly, the tacos I purchased had very little meat in them as you can see in the pictures. “WHERES THE BEEF”

Best place I’ve had food at a smaller restaurant in the Pasadena or surrounding area. The place is very clean. The food is fantastic and the people working there are really nice. This place has something for everybody. I would recommend this place not just to anyone in the Pasadena area but also if you live around the city then for sure come check it out. It’s a great place to eat. Highly recommended.

Went in for lunch with a good friend. Inside is a little lacking in seating, but I 'll bet that 's due to covid. That 's honestly the only negative thing about this place. The food was super tasty. Got the potato tacos and taquitos. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Every time I order from this place (2-3 time a month) they forget something in my order. Whether it 's the consumé or the lone quesadilla, it just pays to always check your order just in case. Otherwise, food is decent. Quick and easy. Not the best, but certainly good flavors and a good no cook night option for eating out when the kids are late from practice or we 're getting home late from work.
