Arby's - Pasadena

I love everything on the Arby apos;s Menu! But the last two times I ordered delivery, there were missing items. This time it was a Roast Beef Slider. Just missing all together. We ordered horsie sauce Arby apos;s sauce. NONE! The large fries were half full. The 6pc Buffalo Boneless Wings were Stupendous though!!!

The Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich was fatty and chewy. The cup of Cup of Cheddar Sauce didnt even taste like cheese. And the Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich was a flavorless mess. The Crinkle Fries (Large)This is my first and last Arbys order had zero salt or seasoning. It was gross

Everything was great, they gave me the condiments requested (which is rare for fast food on door dash) and the fries were still warm when i got them!

All of the food was fresh, hot and delicious! Everything was exactly how I ordered it!

The classic roast beef sandwich did not have what I asked for on it in its entirety. The chicken sandwich, the patty wasnt fresh at all and barely had the condiments on it. And I asked for sauces on the side that was not there, not the ketchup or Arbys sauce. I have yet to eat the chicken sandwich but despite the complaints, the roast beef sandwich was ok. Im not sure if I am gonna eat the chicken sandwich or not, it just doesnt look good at all.
