A different experience for Sunday lunch in France, the Mediterranean /Tunisian /Moroccan cuisine was delicious. The lamb, creole rice, fine couscous up to expectations. We were well looked after by a smiling Romanian girl and the chef was from Sénégal.
On our road trip .... Parthenay ..... lots of choice .... random selection of L'Oasis. First when we went inside it was BUSY ... good sign. Lovely couscous, tender lamb. All in all enjoyable.
Often disappointed by the kitchen restaurants of the magrehb I have to say that it was very good and hearty. but few choices c is couscous or couscous. I would have liked to have different tajines proposed.
We are regular customers, residents in the region. An excellent kitchen (I went with Tunisian and Moroccan friends), the couscous is so perfect. bravo !the waitress is very friendly and very competent (rigolote, which does not spoil anything). An establishment to be recommended.
