Great selection on the lunch menu! The étouffée and gumbo were delicious. The fish and chips were also very good. The service was great.
Had a cancelation at another restaurant. Called, and they could accommodate 15 people at the last minute. The food was amazing. Even though they were short staff, the waitress by herself kept up with everything. Thank you for turning a bad night into a great memory for the family.
Only 2 people working on the floor. No bar tender, no bus person. The place near packed. Steaks undercover by 2 temperatures. Whole carrot very under cooked. Mashed pots and Marsala sauce blended in together on plate, like cream of wheat. If you don’t have full staff keep 1 section closed!
We’ve been here for lunch and brunch. Both times we left just thinking it was ok. The crab cake benedict was all filler and possibly precooked because the bottom was so burnt it was not edible. The French toast seemed like toasted baguette that they forgot to dredge so it was dry and tasteless. The Poboys were disappointing. I think they just need a better chef and a trip to New Orleans to see what real New Orleans food tastes like. I will say the beignets are actually fritters were delicious.
