Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday, November 12th. It was during the lunch rush and they were quite busy, but we were promptly seated and served our food shortly after. The restaurant had plenty of staff on hand, which was great to see.

I always get their chocolate shake and it never disappoints. However, this time they were out of drinks and only had soda and bottled drinks available. In actuality, it was because my nephew, who works at KFC, told me they were closing early to clean their machines and weren't selling frozen beverages. It's frustrating to see customers turning away when multiple stores are facing the same issue.

I'll get my lunch here a few times, but it's always cold. I once told a manager and he didn't say much what he can do now. so sad

We were forced to eat at mc donalds, as everyone where was closed for eating, and we had our great daughters with us, just came out of a late flight. she eats her all the time, it was a first for me and her grandmother.

If you want to wash your hands before eating, you'll have to find another place! I ordered a custom burger for $12.45, but the patty was dry, lacking any juice, and cold. The serving staff was polite and helpful, but the toilet was closed due to flooding. The floor staff seemed helpless when I asked about washing my hands, one even looked at me as if I had asked them to do a backflip. Would I recommend this restaurant? Definitely not.
