KFC - Parramatta

When I arrived 12.15 pm there was a line out the door, with 11 customers either waiting to place or pick up their orders. I should have known (or remembered the delay last time I was here).The server was very polite, and explained that there would be a 3-5 minute delay....When I got sick of waiting I joined the next queue, of customers asking for a refund or asking where their food was.... I was served well out of sequence and stuffed around as they lost my order.... I got attitude and further delay from the supervisor because I didn't have a receipt, which they hadn't given me. When I received my food, the order was wrong, which attracted greater attitude and more delay.With Macca, Harry's Cafe, a Pizza Hut and other restaurants right near by, I will not be back again.

Every time i come here i have to check my bag cause they always forget something. Just a summary of the things they forget sauces, slaw, drink, wrong twister. I always go via drive through.

The service at this restaurant was awful, with indifferent teenage staff who didn't seem to care about their customers. When we sat down to eat, we were greeted with dirty chairs and tables that appeared to have not been cleaned in a while. Despite the lack of customers, the staff were too preoccupied having fun with each other to attend to our needs. When we finally received our food, it was old and greasy, so we had to throw it away. Overall, it was a disappointment and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to be treated poorly and risk getting food poisoning.

Great location in Rosehill.The usual KFC selection.Very easy acssess in thye Drive in so good uick bite option in Rosehill

I was searching for Oporto when I accidentally found this KFC, which I believe is a fairly new addition.
