Kanzo - Parramatta

Simply one of the best Japanese restaurants in sydney. everything was so fresh and delicious. highly recommended!

Pampered on this jewel in parramatta accidentally looking for a bank on our first day visit sydney. the only place I can compare this tasteful restaurant is located in the famous melbourne crown towers hotel plaza. they come in decently large portions with carefully...taste taste perfect for their taste directions. kanzo fresh sushi is not just a sushi bar. it served popular dishes from japan. the only thing I regret was that I had bought more. at the next visit to sydney I would definitely visit again.

I have visited Kanzo for some time, so it is disappointing that there must be a terrible review, but after today I feel that I have no choice. I went out of work today with colleagues and we ordered our lunch. when the staff began to bring our food out, it became clear that the waitress had taken one of the commands wrong and my colleague was given two 18 grilled salmon rolls instead of two 4 grilled salmon niggers. when we pointed out this error, the waitress insisted that she had taken the order right, although I saw that my colleague showed the right point in the menu at the order and they refused to take the article back and refused to take it out of the bill. my colleague disagreed to pay for the articles so that we could continue with our lunch, but it was horrific customer service, it was obvious that a person would not order two 18 sushi rolls for himself in addition to other articles. This problem was undoubtedly also a result of the bad level of English among the waiting employees. I sent back a wrong order before, but never had this reaction from the personal. when they go there, make sure that the staff understood their order. Although eating is great, I have noticed in the last 12 months that a level of customer service, a great degree of deorganization and sometimes waiting times for eating longer than 20 minutes. are they ready to check their order and willing to argue with the personal when they are wrong.

Very good fresh sushi affordable, but not compromised in quality. came here on a Monday and the place was very busy

The best sushi place in parramatta hands down! The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. Recommend 100 times over.. must visit destination
