Kafeneio - Parramatta

As far as cafes go in Parramatta it’s very good compared to its competitors. It’s has a very nice decor and the family staff are friendly. The coffee is good, though because it’s popular it can be slow in the morning. Tip: It desperately needs some healthier food options in the morning.

The coffee at Kafeneio is amazing. So glad to have come across this place and now I go out of my way to have one in the mornings. Definitely need to drop in for a coffee

Wasn 't intending on walking into this little gem because I was looking for a specific coffee grind. However, encompassing my humble patriotic genetic make-up, I couldn 't ignore the sign 'Kafeneio '. We tried their hot cappuccino their iced latte. Tasteful nutty flavour strong blend .

They make a good strong coffee, that is consistent and you can tell they take pride one what they serve. Extensive selection of toasted sandwiches and pastries. Highly recommended

The service here is second to none. I was greeted by both owners upon walking in, into what looked like a 30 's style bar, with vintage style white tiled walls, classic decor, and the quality of coffee to match. When asked about the beans used in the coffee, the owners were only too happy to explain to me where they were sourced, and the reasoning behind their slightly smaller single shot coffee cups (because this specific coffee bean is best enjoyed with slightly less milk than usual).My Indian friend enjoyed their authentic chai latte, which she compared to the quality of her mothers, and 'nobody makes one like her mother '. I 'll definitely be back!
