Mama Layne's Bakery - Parowan

We came in with high expectations, but was disappointed by the ?dry cake? texture of the cinnamon rolls. They seemed stale, but were told they were just baked that morning. They were not at all the soft texture one associates with a yummy, gooey sweet roll. Nicely packaged and the cream cheese icing was delicious, but the roll itself...meh.

Amazing service on such short notice!!!!!!! My friends dad has lived in Parowan for a long time and just passed away... I wanted to send something other then flowers so called this bakery.....I live in California and when I called and talked to Landon he could not of been more helpful and friendly. He even said they don 't deliver but he would because of the occasion. They boxed the goodies and delivered them almost immediately and I just heard from the family. Their quote Thanks for the baked goods they look amazing!!!! So thank you Landon and crew for making this happen on a holiday weekend..... Your bakery will be on my radar next time we go through your area..

Amazing cinnamon rolls, and they have great chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, hamburgers and so much more.. not to mention great bread and other baked goods. This is a must stop if you are in Parowan!

They are not kidding when they brag that these are the best Cinnamon rolls in the West. They were huge, delicious with tasty frosting! You MUST stop by here especially if you are on your way to Brian Head.

I have issues with an irritable stomach, and pizza hasn't been something I can eat. I tried your red sauce and it was so mild I didn't experience a bad reaction. But your white sauce Mamma Layne's pizza was the most flavorful pizza I've ever had. It's so loaded with toppings but yet they are not muddled. I will be picking some up again this weekend. And yes your homemade banana bread and carrot cakes will be topping off the dessert list, or maybe the famous cinnamon rolls Parowan is noted for.
