Make Believe Family Fun Center - Parma

We are from out of town and we're looking for a place our kids could play indoor. They had a great time! If we had any issues, staff quickly took care of it. Great place to take kids of all ages!

The kids loved it. They needed one more person at food area. When we got there no one was there then 1 person came over. There were 4 people ordering. That person couldn't pour the beer so someone else finally came. They need to tell the customers that there is an upcharge for using a credit card. I didn't find out til I was ready to pay for socks.

Took my son there to have a fun mommy and me day. He is 2 and a half and we absolutely loved it!

It was great fun. Very clean and lots to do. The ball city was new and kept my child’s interest for a while. The bumper cars were simple enough for my child to operate on his own and he was addicted. The key function to operate each activity area was a simple functional addition to keeping the day of activities easy. We will be back.

Not ever again! I thought this would be a better place other than Chuck E. Cheese, but no! The attitudes from the employees towards the kids was horrible. I caught one of the male employee’s pushing on my 3 year old niece, only because she was watching her older cousin ride the bumper cars, standing by the exit door!. I spent $20 for two of my niece’s to walk the beams in the air, and it took over 30 minutes for someone to come over and help, using the excuse the worker was on break!. Unprofessional. There’s a lot more I could say, but I’m not!. If you don’t want to be bothered with kids, don’t take the job!
