Bidrage med feedbackEmployees are generally friendly, food quality is about average for a chipotle. dining room and sodabrunnen area could often be a bit attentive, but is not dirty. the worst part is the waiting time for online orders. they can also plan that their order will not be ready for at least 15 or 20 minutes after the promised time. this was our experience in the last 6 months and 10 visits. edit: in the evening of the 12/30/2022 I waited 37 minutes by when my order should be ready for only two Burrito bowls and a bag of chips for picking up. I stood there and watched for half an hour when a younger boy ran the place. no signs for any kind of management or direction. most of them have beaten their backs and it was not their fault.
Very pleasant staff. they are always welcome and welcoming. if an ingredient is not ready at the moment, make it happen. the staff are friendly and welcoming while they are kind to speak. food: 5/5
That's my favorite chipotle. the others suck. lines are quite long, but the last time I left, they weren't. the staff is usually very friendly. the people complain about small portions, but ask them for extra- they are not calculated extra! Yes, it can be a slow line, but it is a fast-paced job with high demand for food. The prizes are ridiculously high, especially for my veggie dish. but it is worth definitiw! the only thing that sucks is that it is occasionally cheese pieces in the guac. I am vegan and it is not a good time to get it out! vegetarian options: good choice of vegan options!
Came into the restaurant and asked for a keto salad, they said they didn't have it and I had to order online. I have tried to order online what is the website not working. I had to download the app and order it online. as my order said, ready for picking up my fellow worker said I need to make it new. I waited 25 minutes for a chip.
Poorly kept, had to wait for rice cooking, workers in front barely puts rice, beans, meat, salsa on my burrito...I had to remind person in front that these burritos are $9. Manager needs to teach and supervise their crew more efficiently, NOT SKIMP ON PORTIONS because no one is cooking in the back. This is a busy spot and efficiency is critical.
