Arby's - Parma Heights

I went into the store. The cashier who I assume was the lead or in management. I was very impressed with the service he provided while keeping his team on task. I have been in retail management for 27 yrs and his positive coaching to his associates was positive. Great job

Don’t know if it was an employee or a manager that was in the back making the sandwiches that was yelling at her staff. It was very uncomfortable. We ate and left.

If dysfunction had a profile it would be here. SMH. Unreal.

Mozzarella sticks smell and taste like fish and I got a French dip, no dip in the bag

Feb 2024: The chocolate shakes are still good, staff is still nice, but the original fish sandwich was terrible, adjusting my ratings. Nov 2023: The chicken sandwich is kind of small for the price, but it was delicious. Their chocolate shakes are really good. Staff has always been friendly and nice at this one.
