Ten Two Coffee - Parkville

I ordered a cold brew with extra vanilla cold foam. The cold foam was barely a quarter of an inch, the cold brew tasted like espresso and it had a gritty texture like there were beans in it. When I asked the barista to make sure it had extra cold foam, the response was “they already made it.” I’m sorry but if I’m paying $7 for a coffee, it should be made how I want it.

Great spot to grab a coffee by day, and unwind with a nice beverage in the evening. Service is friendly and quick. Bring the laptop and knock out some work or enjoy the TVs in house to watch a game while enjoying your coffee/beverage. Glad to have this establishment close to home.

Was excited about a new coffee shop in the Northland, especially one that seemed reasonably priced. None of the food looked as pictured online, especially not the croissant sandwich, pretty misleading and probably not worth the price either. Dirty chai definitely did not have espresso in it and in fact tasted like milk with perhaps a single drop of chai concentrate. Paid $1 extra for flavor in a drink, for the same thing basically no flavor. Maybe the baristas should have some training in ratio of chai to milk, appropriate amount of flavored syrup, and overall ensuring drinks are correctly made to order essentially some kind of standard work, a recipe for example. Spent over $50 to be pretty disappointed. The banana chocolate loaf, ease/timeliness of online ordering, and friendly attitude of staff were somewhat redemptive, deserving of at most 2 stars.
