All I can say is wowwwwww. The food is soooooo good. I'm waiting for my sister to come to Baltimore so that she can get the Southern Blues Experience

Good food but want more consistency in the sides, especially the Mac N cheese. Wait times vary and the young folks at the counters are doing a good job, if one is struggling another will jump in to help, I like seeing that in my young folk but better attention should be given when orders come with instructions such as Don 't fry wings hard , it can be hit or miss.

Order was placed at 7:01pm, was quoted 10-15 minutes and they would bring my order to my car. 7:40pm Had to get out the car go in and asked where my order was and no one could answer. Waited another 15 minutes for my food with no explanation or apology. I order here all the time but I don't care how good the food is, if the service doesn't match they have lost my business. Do better, we as consumers have to stop accepting poor service when we are spending our money. Collar greens is sweet ...... Don't care for sweet greens .
