Boston Pizza - Parksville

The location of this restaurant is fantastic. The service was efficient and friendly. The staff were courteous and polite. It's convenient to have a McDonald's nearby for a quick coffee, snack, or ice cream while staying at your hotel.

Hours of operation not good but unfortunately most restaurants having staffing issues. Food was good once it arrived and sever did her best.

Hard pressed to find restaurants in Parksville that are open and anything open after 8 pm is a bit unheard of right now. We were pleasantly surprised with the outdoor patio seating at this Boston Pizza. The food was fresh, came quickly and we enjoyed the shrimp tacos, pecan and chicken salad and a chicken caesar. Portions were generous. Server was a little slow as the food arrived before cutlery came but they sorted that out. Recommend the outdoor patio if you can get a seat.

Had a reservation. Wow very expensive it has gotten! The service was not good. The restaurant was 1/4 full. Took 45 minites for server take our aur appetizer and entree orders. Average meals not great not terrible except my son's burger was dark on top and meat patty looked dry and uninspiring. There was no feeling of great friendly service. It was a 4/10

Yup…. With the flimsy excuse that the baget supplier reduced the size of the baget by half, with the price on the menu remains the same. About the size of a burger bun now, you still pay full fare for this mini-brute version of the original go-to sandwich. Amazing that they cannot double up on the mini baget to compensate…. But no !!!! Take it or leave it. I switched to a burger. Sadly the bun was overtoasted and blackened, same with my lunch buddy. Somebody needs a slap upside the head ! Too bad to see Boston Pizza Parksville heading south so quickly !
