Burger King - Parker

This is an excellent speedy and friendly service with an accurate order. fries were a little under cooking this time, but hey hit and miss them in every almost food restaurant. management should be proud of this location.

Pretty typical Burger King. We've been there a few times. The first was at the drive thru and we forgot our credit card. They were nice enough to hold it for several days until we could get back up there. But normally the credit card is returned before food is given. We were asked to drive around front to wait for the food. Someone should have figured out the credit card had not been given back by this time. We have some responsibility, too, but hopefully they will address this process with their employees.

The mobile app sucks they offer deals through the app and when I ordered it gave me a message that deal is not available this is the 3rd time it happened. The company is un truthful. they do not honor their deals at the restaurant either. Employees not intelligent as well. No wonder their branches are closing.

Night staff is trash and management needs to know and address. Poorly made cold food. Drink had no ice and was flat. 2 meals cost us almost $30 just to throw it up a few hours later. This is not the first time it's been poor at night either. Thought giving it a few months things would improve...... Nope!

We sat at the drive through and the employee said Please hold . Then almost 5 minutes later I said Hello? He comes back on and said Just a minute . I have to be up in Vail and needed to go. About 2 minutes later he came on, What would you like? . I ordered and when we got up to the window, I got no apology for the wait. The guy was cold and acted like he didn 't want to be there. To top it off, the guy put NO ICE in our drinks and I got a large fries instead of a large onion rings. I worked at Burger King when I was I high school back in the day and none of the crew ever treated customers that way. VERY disappointed in Burger King. Love the food but I will never buy food from the Parker, CO location. I will make sure non e of my followers on Facebook go their either.
