An intimate atmosphere nestled just off historic Main Street in downtown Park City. This intimate setting has a prix fixe menu with whiskey pairing option (why would you say no? and is worth the added cost to do it. The service was great, food was creative and delicious and the whiskey pairings were on point.Even those who habit the saloon should check out the Nelson Cottage for access to some of the rarer whiskeys and top culinary works.

Absolutely phenomenal experience last night. Food and whiskey were sensational and service Corrine, Laura and Team were wonderful (and knowledgeable). Group had a great time.Felt more like being a guest at a friend’s house (who is an amazing chef and has an incredible whiskey collection).

Food was spectacular. The scallop and pasta small dish was the star. Whiskey pairing was a super bonus.

Very happy I found this place for our anniversary dinner. A unique experience where you're welcomed with complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while you wait to be seated. It's an intimate dining experience with only 9 or 10 tables and all courses are served together with all the guests. The optional whiskey pairing is a must, in my opinion, with the great menu creations that change every two weeks to stay fresh to the season. My favorite was the red snapper. A high recommendation, just be prepared to spend the money for a great experience.

Finally took a visit to The Nelson Cottage and was so impressed. While we waited on the porch we were served welcome cocktails and canapés. Then we were escorted by party inside to our tables. Inside you are sat in a rustic cottage, as the name describes. And it is warm and comfortable. You feel like you are dining with friends. Our “Whiskey Ambassador” was fantastic. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about every single thing that came out of the kitchen or was poured into our glasses. She, as well as the rest of the service staff were on point. We chose to add the whiskey pairing to our meal and we were thrilled we didn’t skip it. The meal would not have been the same without it. They change the menu seasonally. And I can’t wait to get back in and see what they come up with next!
