The Border Foodtruck - Park City

The next time you are in or on your way to Park City and craving a delicious hamburger, you must try The Border Food Truck. Gerardo, the owner, is the friendliest guy I have ever met running a food truck. He customized a hamburger for me with grilled onions and pineapple slices, which was not on the menu, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and came with hand-cut fries. I have recommended The Border Food Truck to my friends and they love it too. They have now added shakes and ice cream to their menu, and they also serve delicious Mexican food. It is definitely worth a visit.

We had an amazing meal at this restaurant. We tried the Al pastor and carne asada tacos, and they were both delicious! The salsa was outstanding, but be cautious as the spicy salsa is truly spicy as advertised.

Read all the reviews, saw very good things about the food. Ended up getting two orders of birria tacos, which were very bland in taste. Consumé, was definitely flavorless for the amount of money spent. The wait was 20-25 minutes, which was disappointing. The employees were very nice to say the least.

Their Biriria is great. I liked how they prepared the food, less filler more meat and cheese.
