Sushi Blue - Park City

Sushi was good! Apps yummy. Service was pretty good, the waitress was sweet but busy. My biggest complaint was that the surf n turf roll that was had good fish but the steak on top was just strips of fat and gristle. Yuck!

Unfortunately, the restaurant was dirty, and eating was inexpensive. there was minimal taste and the thun fish did not taste fresh. to what we had.

Our server was great! good sushi option on other side of town to escape the craziness of main street! we really like shabu but lately it’s been crazy. we will come back to sushi blue instead :

Server was very nice and friendly but never stopped by to check on us once we received our food. We ordered a few rolls and a kids plate. 2 of the rolls were great, the other 2 were not very good. Also, the pickled ginger was dry and tasted old, which is disappointing because we really look forward to having pickled ginger with our sushi.

A bite between occurred at sundance. everything from service to sushi was fabulous. recommend this place
