Flying Sumo - Park City

Love it when someone tries a new take on the traditional sushi roll. The sushi nachos are a must when visiting park city. They are a great starter for the whole table to share. And if you want to get them again for your main dish it would be ok too. They are that good! Enjoy.

Host: “I’m going to make this really easy for all of you, if you don’t have a reservation we will not be taking walk in’s until 8:30.”

Great sushi. A bit busy on a Monday night. But staff is masked up and incredibly courteous and good at their job. Highly recommend!

Food was great, so was the service and atmosphere. Prices were at or below what I paid to eat at any park city restaurant. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. Located next to a bus stop was a bonus on a cold night.

Will never come to this restaurant again. It’s a shame how unbelievably rude and disrespectful the host Jay was. Pure incompetence by Jay. I give this restaurant a 0/10 and will never come here again because of Jay. Our server Mathias was delightful but the host Jay was so incredibly rude our group will never come back.
