Ok, it's a chain, but hey, we're in Paris, lunchtime, rush hour! Avoid ground floor, go to the first floor, at 12h30 it's still accesible and much quieter! Food is very correct and tasty, don't expect high cuisine but good food for a reasonable price....We had bo bun. Worth it.
Having decided to eat oriental of some kind for lunch, we headed for rue Saint Anne. Our local friends knew a few very good places, but others obviously also knew about them, so there were queues outside the most interesting restaurants on the block. So...we settled for Noodle, which was unknown to them. Let 's put it this way; we weren 't hungry when we left, but we certainly weren 't much happier either. The starters were OK not a lot of taste, though neither in the rolls, the shrimps or the brioche. The mains were also OK, however quite banal. So mission completed as far as nutrition was concerned. But the service; our girl didn 't understand any of what was said neither in French nor in English. The word esprsso was unknown to her, as was sparkling water , eau gazeuse and eau petillant . Badoit finally did the trick there must be something true about the research showing that kids today know more brands than they know words with more than three syllables... Anyway give yourself time to find a more interesting option somewhere down the road...
We were looking for a different Chinese restourant suggested in our Paris guide, but there was a long queue and we choose Noodle as we wanted to have a soup. We came back the following evening to have noodles as they were looking delicious from...other guests plates. We didn't check Tripadvisor before entering Noodle the first time and looking at the reviews I know for sure that I would have not choosen to enter, and I was a little surprised to find several negative reviews... Of course it is very little and seats are close to other people, as most of the restourants in Paris, but prices are quite good as portions are generous. I had Singapore-style noodles and a curry soup and I've liked very much.
Food ok but not great. Reasonably priced open on Sunday night unlike lots of other restaurants locally. Place clean and bright. Good service.
