Excellent memory! very beautiful authentic brewery place of old and class betting, very good reception, staff with small care and a friendly gourmet cuisine at the height of the place .. for those who love fish, gaspacho with salmon my great loved burgers .. impeccable service. We sympathized with one of the servers that spoke to us on this mythical place as well as information about the surrounding area. a dream woke up this place... I recommend this place full of history, atypical, felt and romantic.

During its creation in 1896, the Zimmer of Châtelet Square was the most striking of the three establishments belonging to the Zimmer tavern society. The ground floor room with its elegant ceiling, differs by the finesse and sobriety of its flowered decor of the other Parisian breweries of the same time. A bar at the time welcomes guests on poufs and sofas. Success is such that the establishment must be rapidly expanded. On the eve of the first world war, it develops on four levels. In the basement, a restaurant room can accommodate one hundred and fifty guests. In the floors, private lounges and cabinets are arranged for more intimate meetings... The history of the Zimmer is closely linked to that of the Théâtre du Châtelet: doors once allowed spectators to access directly to the ground floor room and the 1st floor lounge and it is in this elegant and felted setting that you will be kindly welcomed by a friendly and very professional team. The map is generous with choice, the dishes are fine to the beautiful visual and they are good. Professional until the end in addition to knowing their products well, they know their place of work or for the Fears of History, the latter will enlighten you by interesting anecdotes related to this mythical place. Value for money is a little high but quality has a price and we have had a great culinary moment. I recommend it willingly and always in decay!
