Each plate bears the same signature, a metronome rehearsal of which no one complains: quality! Beef, agar, salmon, everything is good, and the chef cooks as it becomes increasingly rare. And above all, I know why I haven't eaten salmon or lamb elsewhere for years: Christophe puts the honor in the choice of his suppliers. Ahh, being good alive and staying: my teeth will remember for a long time of their meeting with the texture of meat served at the Amarante. And I write the best foie gras, the best calf ris best fries panisse, Bravo!
