Sushi Man - Paris

Essen war sehr geschmackslos. Beim Sushi hatte man den Eindruck man isst nur Reis, bei den Nudeln war überhaupt nichts gewürzt, einfach geschmackslos. Edamame waren noch hart. Der Kabissalat war super, die Suppe schmeckte nach nichts, war definitiv aus der Dose.Personal war soweit freundlich, das macht die Essensqualität aber auch nicht wett.

We used to stay in the area a few years ago and happily ate here frequently, thus we decided to go for a visit again even though we did not stay in this area on this visit. Being already in the area in the afternoon, we decided to go for a very early dinner at 6pm, as their website indicates service to start at 6pm. Unfortunately, we were told that the place only opens at 7pm, thus we wandered around in the area for another hour - not too great a start. Shortly after 7 pm we arrived again and this time were quickly seated. The restaurant was basically empty for the entire length of our stay, but there were a very substantial number of people in queue for take-outs. It appears that the mode at this place has swung heavily to take-out. We placed exactly the same orders as we did at our lasts visit: a maki and heavy sashimi combo as well as a "ravioli" and maki combo, and the food quality was very much the same, really quite good, except for the soup which in our opinion could have quite a bit more zest. The ambience in the restaurant is quite plain. Unfortunately, the daughter of the family, who was a very pleasant waitstaff was not present at our visit. Not worth coming here from far away, but if in the area, definitely a good place with good prices. My preferred overall rating would be a 3.5 - good.

Service rapide et cordial, carte variée (gyozas, brochettes, sushis variés, chirashis...) et menus consistants (soupe, salade de chou, riz, viennent avec ce que vous commandez). La salle est assez quelconque mais pas trop bruyante. Un bon japonais dans ce quartier où les tarifs grimpent vite.

J'avais testé ce restaurant en avril 2016 où j'avais été pleinement satisfait. Dans le cadre d'un déjeuner de travail, j'y ai amené des collègues. Pas de surprise, la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous ! Produits frais ! La salle principale offre 30 couverts et la petite salle 10 couverts. Selon la météo, 3 tables se trouvent en terrasse. Il ne faut pas trop tarder car le restaurant est vite rempli. Il s'agit d'une bonne adresse donc.. Ce restaurant fait également de l'emporté. Le couple de patron est très sympathique. Le service impeccable. Propreté même jusque dans les toilettes au sous-sol avec déco et parfum odorant. J'y reviendrai.
