The helpfulness and kindness of the staff are exceptional!! However the rooms are equivalent to a 3 star compared to the rest of Europe. shine in sink. door of the room damaged in the bottom and beds not made when you stay 2 nights. the window of my room was so dirty that it doesn't feel like looking out room 2057). my bonus points were not placed on my card
