O Fil Rouge - Paris

After a missed appointment on the evening of Valentine's Day (p....n of flu) we finally came to see Pascal in his new restaurant. after the Jeroboam where we had our habits, we found the flavors of a refined cuisine. the salmon kravlax fell, the pata negra net with 5 spices and its crushed purée is a pure wonder for taste buds. I couldn't resist the brioche losing bread in dessert and the new chef managed to perpetuate this taste that I had not forgotten in spite of 2 years without eating it. The warm welcome of our friend Pascal and the refinement of the top decor will make that I finally found a drop point for our taste buds. bravo

How to say. We spent a pleasant evening in this restaurant at the reception and kindness of the staff. The meal was a pleasure. Our taste buds still ask. Thanks to the family six of the 08/04 marathon. He did it. Another big thank you to the leader we'll come back.
