Gift box offered by friends allowed us to open this address of the 8th. We spent a pleasant time with my wife with flavors well at the rendezvous and an extremely balanced menu in tastes and colors. Cooking is controlled as we love them. The poultry is just crazy. The knives! make us feel like home. Thank you to the patronized sommelier we invite when she wants to taste the reddish in Auvergne for the Discovery of a red brine of the cowron. The hotel master is full of attention and Chancard has been at the top for our service. One thing is certain, we'll come back.

Enigmatic menus but very well composed or each dish brings its singularity What powerful tastes and never met with chords of wines very well composed without passing through these weird wines that we sometimes inflict. Excellent culinary experience from end to end. An exceptional mention for poultry (I don’t have enough words to explain this intense pleasure. A pleasant setting and a team in the room with little care, listening and able to adapt very quickly (e.g. for us on a riddle agreement on red on which we were not receptive, the sommelier immediately changed and we loved. Thanks to Chief Bourny, his cooking and dining teams for this very nice evening.
A wonderful culinary journey, creative cuisine, refined. The large French cuisine with a high service. Beautiful frame and space, which in Paris is rare and allows you to enjoy each stage of this beautiful adventure in a quiet way.
