What to say? If you're an amateur of couscous, you won't be disappointed at tipaza. excellent service, atmosphere and especially excellent food. I was there with my mother. We had royal couscous, after we had trouble breathing if you see what I mean. We were surprised by the size of the portion and my mistake we took a lawyer entry to shrimp. highly recommended! Enjoy!
I only saw the pictures of the decor and I booked it online for Christmas Eve. the traditional decoration was great, but the royal couscous we ordered, as well as the sorbet mangue with fig alcohol, were superb! the staff was attentive, but not too imposing. advised!
This restaurant serves authentic Moroccan cuisine. I dined and chose the royal cucsus, which is the best muscle I've ever had. The food was fresh, scented and delicious. It was served hot, in large portion. the meat is tender and varied (inch, lamps, sugars, etc.). ...I really enjoyed it. the restaurant is quiet, clean and neat, the servers are friendly. I recommend it without hesitation.
I grew up on couscous and tajines, and I tried many places in europe, in North Afrique, in the Middle East, etc. the food was well suited to a European palace: I did not feel the famous shaved spices. the lamb is supposed to be roasted but was cooked differently. I understand that the restaurant is popular and appreciated, it's just very different from a Moroccan cuisine, at least in casablanca, fez and marrakech (and I guess the cooks know it).
