Le recepteur - Paris

The square seems to be small away from the shadows and Parisian crowds overflowing the terraces usually. It's quiet. no bling, it's simple and the service is quick and sensitive. and mojito is the best of any north and south winch, not too much alcohol, no iceberg overflowing in the glass, not too soft, the ratio is fair, we have for quality with a fair price. Thanks to the receiver's staff!

Our hosts at the B B my wife are staying in less than 300 metres up Avenue Théophile Gautier from Le Récepteur highly recommended the restaurant to us, and then after having read so very many positive reviews about the restaurant here on TripAdvisor, we walked in without a reservation on Monday evening, May 13th, and were warmly welcomed by Amir. Amir offered us a table inside the restaurant, which isn’t large at all, seating about thirty people max inside, and about as many outside. Amir was friendly, helpful, and informed us about each dish on the menu, which was comprised of seven starters, nine main courses, and two salads. My wife I learned long ago, if we ask for a waitress or waiter’s recommendation, we accept it, and so we both did when Amir described the Black Angus Steak with Mustard Sauce, Homemade French Fries, and Salad, which he told us he believed was the best dish on the menu the night we dined there. Both our steaks came out of the kitchen cooked perfectly to our respective liking (medium rare for my wife, and medium for me). The French Fries were hot and savoury, and the salad was fresh and nicely chilled. Amir provided attentive and friendly service, which we enjoyed and appreciated. For the quality of food and service, Le Récepteur delivers great “value for money”. Le Récepteur is certainly worthy of its very high rating on TripAdvisor, and my wife I are glad our hosts, Remy Odile, recommended it to us, and that we went and were able to get a table.

La carte des vins offre une très large sélection de vins au verre ou à la bouteille, pour accompagner une cuisine simple mais délicate Les plats sont servis en quantité importante ; pas de besoin de prendre une entrée ou un dessert pour être rassasiés Sans surprise, les prix sont élevés, en alignement avec le quartier et le concept du restaurant
