Excellent chashu ramen, fragrant broth, good aromatic/rapid balance, pork is perfectly cooked, very greedy! And the noodles stay firm! special mention for the cover (baguette and spoon) for home ice dessert in the very well executed black sesame, smoked tea missed a little perfume but very good yet! Grilled almonds are not necessary for me. I'll be back for the tapas game at night, I can't wait! Go see your eyes closed!
