Excellent very traditional bistro! The kitchen is absolutely delicious! Fresh and seasonal products: mayonnaise egg, crust paste, grilled beef rib, apples jumped to garlic, candied calf breast 15h, walnut sauce ... The staff is really charming and the very complete wine list. Le Moulin à Vents was elected best bistrot of Paris 2023 by the guide Pudlo and it is totally deserved!

Very good kitchen but unfinished meals this noon . 1h to get a dish.Service to pick up.No boss in the room. I'm not coming back.

Restaurant discovered thanks to Dose de France , we have very good food, in a typical Parisian place, with a beautiful atmosphere. I recommend!
