Giligan's - Paranaque Pilipinas

Thanks for finally adding this Giligan's outlet to your list. I've tried several dishes here. It's the crunchy sisig that's still my favorite. I also love the fried chicken dishes. They are something new and different from the usual breaded fast food chickens. It makes me feel nostalgic too as this is how my mother always cooks native chicken back in the province. Edit (August 2017): The initial photos I've uploaded along with this review has been removed for some reason. Here's a new batch. We ordered their Garlic Chicken? (Not sure with the name) Pork Sisig and Giligans Fried Rice and it's the bomb!! Gave it a 4 since I haven't tried their other dishes so yeah!! Will be back definitely!

Masarap ang timpla ng kanilang Kare-kare Beef. Sayang nga lang at hindi ito kayang sabayan ng kanilang bagoong. Masarap ang kanilang Garlic Rice, hindi parang simple at minadaling sangag lang. Nakakatuwa naman ang mga Rice All U Can meals nila. Sulit na sulit sa 99 pesos dahil may libre pang Iced Tea. Medyo parang lasang burak nga lang ang isda ng Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet. Minsan daw talaga ganoon, sabi ni mama. Madalas kasi niyang orderin iyon kapag nagpupunta kay papa sa Manila Memorial. Bukod sa sobrang tagal ng serbisyo, iritang-irita at diring-diri ako sa pinakahuling couch na naupuan namin. Nakashorts kasi ako at ramdam na ramdam mo ang pagkagulanit. Puno na kasi ang iba pang couch dahil maraming kumakain (malas dahil maayos itong lahat) at hindi namin trip umupo sa normal na lamesa.

This just been a go-to restaurant of my mom. She describes it as affordable and delicious place. I love their sisig. They have accomodating staffs and their place is convenient too.
