Bidrage med feedbackI have tried to give this location chance after chance after chance, however, today was the final straw. I placed an order for two large smoothies that, usually are blue. Upon delivery, I instantly knew the location messed up again, when two red drinks were left at my doorstep. I have no idea what are in these drinks, if it is something myself and or my child may be allergic to... so I contacted the delivery service, Door Dash and they said they will need to contact Jamba Juice to process a return. Well... no one EVER picks up at this location. Door Dash could not get in contact with them and I tried calling back to back for 40 minutes and still... you guesses it, no one picked up. I will no longer be spending my money at this location. Hopefully either everyone at this location is fired and better people are hired or a better Jamba Juice location opens up nearby.
I used my debit card there and a few hours later someone took $400 out of my account
VERY Low Standard Customer Service!?SO IGNORANCE Didn't Value their Customers.?????All Staffs R ON Their PHONE one of the girl still on her PHONE while she took my order [she even doesn't look at me when she took the order, because she was so busy with her PHONE].once I ordered Amaziingly She was Still on the PHONE for like 2 min then she start to make my order.[at 1st I thought other staffs will make my order]I guess whatever on her PHONE is more important than their customers ?
I had a coupon to get a bakery item so went to this location. I wanted to order the impossible sandwich but they couldn't take the cheese off so I went with the apple cinnamon pretzel. I ordered through the app and walked in the mall to find the location. There was only one worker so she didn't have my pretzel ready yet because she helping others. Another worker came and she got my pretzel for me and the main girl that was there sealed it for me. When I got home I ate the pretzel and it was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet which I liked. It was nice and soft as well. I had a good experience.
The girl name kaiona was absolutely rude and nasty. I called the store to speak to manager after I left there and the guy who answered the phone said he is the manager of the store and he was there the whole time and didn’t notice that the staff was being rude and owner is never there so there was no way to speak to the owner even though it’s privately owned.
