Blanco Cocina Cantina - Paradise Valley

It is estimated that there are over 300 Mexican restaurants in the phx valley! I would probably say more? this number alone makes it a super competitive market with many options. blanco cocina cantina is however an outstanding stand in the category. as Fox restaurant they live and breathe consistency quality, and we were not disappointed! her amazing chips, salsa queso is a must. I loved the grilled mahi tacos. the atmosphere is exactly what they expect. it is a large space with a huge loop around bar in the middle. the staff is efficient, super friendly and knowledgeable. our whole food was fresh and perfectly prepared near. good work sam and team!

As strangers we took the advice from a local and sought blanco. we wanted a late evening, a light Mexican farewell. my wife and I decided to share the same escape. we got chips salsa that were very good. we ordered the combo plated, consisting of a whole bark taco, a cheese enchilada and a bean tostada. Although it sounds inadequate, the crispy, deep fried tortillas were really unexpectedly tasty and help to increase the whole escape. we really enjoyed our meal and were both pleasantly satisfied after the halving of the plate. I can only imagine how delicious the rest of the menu would be.

Here for arizona restaurant week. I have an app, two escapes, one dessert and two drinks for $55. were abundantly generous (see rest at home.) the eating was delicious. good sangria and the margarita were not too sweet. good service and good experience overall.

Marcos our server was top notch. Excellent service and attitude. Really appreciate the kitchen as well because everything was perfectly made. Hats off to you folks!!!

Delicious and refreshing margaritas! Their appetizers and tacos are amazing!! This is our 2nd time visiting AZ and we had to come back. The food and wait staff was as amazing as we remembered!
