The restaurant was quite empty at 20 o'clock, which was ok because we expected great service. we explained at the time of the reservation and the staff/competition at the arrival about serious seafood allergies. we ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. the first court that was brought to us was covered in cavier and I had to ask him to be removed. the second plate we consumed (a small gelatin square .amuse bouche) we were later told it contained seetang and some cross-contamination. the bark dishes were less than average. many we tasted and chose not to eat. the weeping were great and the saving gnade of the meal. due to the lack of people in the restaurant were the numerous long talks from our server with the couple next to us unusually distracting. it was hard to avoid and disturb what an intimate evening meal should have been. the personal has removed the cost of one of the meal times and the wein (we have not complained or asked) due to the mistakes on the allergies. I added the cost of the discount to the 20% tipp, as the entire staff in the regular participates in this and rely on it. about all the views were the ambiente and the wein was worth the trip. the experience itself was not worth the cost. the lack of attention to allergy twice is unpredictable. the kitchen here is an epic mistake. Thank God for the wee and an epipen!

It was a birthday dinner for my partner. Slightly underwhelming for a restaurant at this level. Food was ok, certainly had good and mediocre bits. For instance paid $20 dollar extra for a cheese platter received a plate mixed with fried cheeseballs and bland hard cheese. Venison was good and so was the dessert. But the rest of the menu felt like fillers rather than master pieces.

From the moment I walked in until I left, wow. The atmosphere the waiter's the attention to detail outstanding. And the food was simply amazing. I don't have anything negative to say, everything was PERFECT.

I've been to Twist three times. It is simply inconsistent. Once it was great, twice it was disappointing. Food is very good but not great. Given the hype it should be consistently great
