Restaurante Chalana - Paracas

We ate in Chalana on 1 January. The restaurant is beautifully located on a pier in the Luxury Collection Hotel. It made for a wonderful first meal of 2023; we had cebiche, coriander fried rice and fish parihuela. The food was fantastic, full of taste....Hands below our favorite meal in Paracas. The service was also very attentive. If you are in Paracas, it is a must

Food was good Service was excellent. Hilda very helpful. would come again. Ceviche was absolutely divine. 10/10 would recommend. Just bring a sweater it gets a tiny bit chilly.

Best food in Paracas. If you want excellent seafood and ceviche, go here! It’s located on a pier and a part of the luxury hotel. It is definitely on the pricier end (compared to other local restaurants). We got the ceviche and the seafood rice...and both were incredible. You must finish off your meal with the ice cream cake (not too sweet). I wanted to go back to the hotel for dinner just because of that ice cream cake. You can also see dolphins swimming in the water and birds hunting their lunch!

Great food great view! We got the ceviche some beers and the arroz chalanero. All were very good! Our server jhon was great also very attentive and helpful.

We returned to Chalana in January for the first time since December 2016 and surpassed my memories! We stayed at Hotel Paracas from 10 to 15. January 2023 and we ate in Chalana on 4 occasions as a family of 4 and... we would have eaten more if it was open on Tuesday and Wednesday! The Ceviche and Tiradito are our favorite dishes, the service is impeccable, the location is beautiful. I can't recommend it enough and I can't wait until we get back.
