Kwan Yen Chinese Restaurant

I had a fantastic dining experience at Kwan Yen. Our group of 22 thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals and the attentive service from the staff. They were patient, understanding, and professional. Whether you're dining with a small or large group, Kwan Yen is a great choice. We even had a private area for our group. If you love Chinese cuisine, don't hesitate to visit Kwan Yen. This restaurant is my go-to spot for dining in or getting takeout. I have never been let down and highly recommend the Peking duck with crab meat sauce and the Mongolian lamb dish. The staff here are always exceptional - a few years ago, we planned to order takeout but ended up staying when the manager surprised us with glasses and ice so we could enjoy our New Year's Eve drinks with the staff, even though we had bought them elsewhere.

This restaurant is hands down the best in the area! The staff are accommodating and friendly, willing to fulfill any requests. The food, especially the satay, is delicious. The fried rice is packed with generous portions of Char Siu and plump prawns on top. The lemon honey chicken is equally delightful. While the chicken can be inconsistent, the flavors are still top-notch. And don't forget to try the amazing satay!

Have enjoyed many Chinese Restaurant meals in the USA, Sydney and here in Adelaide. But truly by accident we discovered the best right around the corner. Having their own little touches to some traditional dishes, made this a taste-a-thon of incredible flavours.

We get Chinese from here on an average of once a month, I would say a 9 out of 10, I've had 1 poor order and it was due to menu log delivery being slow and it not being hot. We always enjoy the meals, the taste is always consistent and the family love this place.
