Somerset - Para Hills

I have visited this restaurant several times during the day and I absolutely love the beautiful and family-friendly atmosphere. They have a wonderful outdoor space where you can soak up the sun. I previously tried the steak here and it was fantastic! Today, I opted for the lamb salad with an extra double portion of lamb and halloumi. While the salad was a bit pricey, it was incredibly delicious and the portion size was very generous. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is beautiful and has plenty of seating indoors. I came here for dinner and tried the Schnitzel special, which came with access to the salad bar. The food was delicious. The signage could have been clearer, as it wasn't immediately obvious that there were separate counters for ordering food and drinks. However, the staff was friendly and acknowledged the need for better communication. The salad bar had a good selection and the carving was tasty, but portions were smaller than I expected compared to similar events. Overall, it's a lovely place to dine.

I went out for dinner last night at The Somerset with a large group of 30 people to bid farewell to a few friends heading to Melbourne. I ordered the porterhouse, which was good but nothing exceptional. The salad was okay, but at $29, it wasn't worth it. Another member of our group ordered the seafood plate, which was very generous. The meals arrived at a consistent pace, but we noticed three missing towards the end. Overall, the food was decent but nothing that would make me rush back.

47 min. waited until the meal started. a child's meal. one is a deer and a pizza. No chili was asked on potato peels. came out with the chili. I asked for a refund and then got a waitress (not the manager) coming to the table to tell me that it wasn't on the harbour that there was no chili. She says you know how busy we are with a cook. had about 5 tables when we were there, and no one told me when I ordered that there was a waiting time for the meal, because only 1 chef will come.

Nice atmosphere very nice eating cheap super friendly staff good looking place definitely recommend
