Arby's - Paola

Cold and old food. Slow service and they weren't even short handed!

Every time I come here I’m disappointed by the experience. The service is extremely slow, even with no customers and 3-4 staff members. The manager is unfriendly and today I watched her go from checking someone out at the register to handling and packing food without washing her hands in between or putting on gloves. She also had a bandaid on one of her fingers so I would think gloves would be mandatory. We enjoy Arby’s but the Paola location is sub par

We had a pleasant dining experience,staff was very polite and we got our food quickly.The food was fresh and hot and delicious!

I just went through the drive thru and the service I received was incredible. They were friendly, the food was great, and the strawberry lemonade hit the spot. :

No line when we got there,went right up to the counter and were able to order right away.The staff member who waited on us was very friendly and also offered a few suggestions to go with our food and that was thoughtful.we only waited 10 min before our food was ready.Its always good and we've never had anything that hasn't been fresh and hot.They also keep it very clean.
