Hidden Langkawi - Pantai Tengah

Pros and cons: Good: service was friendly and fast, nice view on the ocean and nice atmosphere Bad: food was not really tasty , we had the garlic bread which was ok, two salads: they didn’t have much taste, would have needed more dressing and more tasty ingredients. The tacos also were not really special and would have expected more. I think this place has a lot of potential, a new menu with very tasty sandwiches, seafood, salads would make it a really great place to go.

The cafe is located at Pantai Tengah, it has a beautiful sunset view and patrons can walk towards the beach easily. They serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as western food such as pasta, pizza, salad and finger foods. Would recommend their drinks and the sunset view, however, food wise is not as appealing. The portions were huge, but the seafood platter we got consisted of more than 50% of fries and wedges.

A good spot to shield from the rain if needed. Service was friendly but slow even when there were not many diners. Upstairs felt quite run down and not well maintained for some reason. Mushroom taco was not bad if you want something light. The menu is generally quite pricey for langkawi standards, but you do get a nice view. Hope they can stop serving in plastic cups and straws to protect the environment.

Beautiful bar with a great location, overseeing the beach. Tasty Smoked Duck Pasta. Delicious cocktails. Generally quite pricey for langkawi standards but the quality of the food/cocktails and the atmosphere make up for it. Quick service by the staff.

Located near by Park Royal hotel, atmosphere is good facing the beach. Food is nice but the portion is huge, specially burger and pizza, so please just order 1 or 2 first before decide to order more.
