Pizza Hut - Panama City

I have a complaint about them today, they cooked the crust too hard and it was almost too hard to bite. Also they didn't thoroughly cut the pieces and when you tried to pull them apart they tore.

Was told to pull to the side of building, and park, to clear drive thru. She said for peraonal hands on pick up, after placing my order.... Gal clocked out, left myself, and a Sherrif 's officer, awaiting her delivery in parking lot. She left, and never gave us our food. The lady that came on at 6, gave us our food, after I called and discovered why the 40 minute wait! I told Sherrif officer and we circled the building and new gal helped us..... shame on you lady....

Always excellent and quick. I love getting the power lunch at the drive thru.. The personal pan is great and you don't end up too stuffed, wanting to fall asleep in the afternoon. I miss the buffet though. Can't wait for it to open back up.

The only thing that was good about Pizza Hut was the manager he will be the only reason I will ever return he did what he had to do and he was amazing and once the food came out not burnt the food was pretty good too

The person that waited on me acted as if I was an Interruption of her day. Did not like it that I ask questions was not friendly at all basically rude I just made you feel like you were not wanted I do. I ordered at the drive-up window. Don't know that I would ever go back. Not good customer service. I've eaten at Pizza Hut all over the country and probably the worst service I've ever had.
